1. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your shoelaces. To qualify, laces must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. If you ordered the wrong length, colour, or style, we’re happy to help you exchange them. Simply contact us with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the process. Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days once we receive your return.
2. Can I exchange my laces for a different colour or length?
Absolutely! As long as your laces are unused, you can exchange them within 30 days. We know it’s tricky to picture the perfect match for your shoes online, so we’re happy to swap them out if you change your mind.
3. How long will it take to get my laces?
We aim to process orders within 1 working day. UK orders usually arrive in 3–4 business days, we do not ship internationally.
4. Do you ship internationally?
No, we do not currently ship worldwide.
5. How do I know what lace length I need?
The easiest way is to measure your current shoelaces from tip to tip. If you don’t have them, check our lace length guide for recommendations based on shoe type and number of eyelets.
6. Are your laces machine washable?
Yes. All of our polyester and cotton laces are machine washable. We recommend placing them in a laundry bag and washing on a gentle cycle to keep them looking fresh.
7. My laces arrived damaged—what now?
That’s rare, but if it happens, email us within 7 days with a photo of the damage. We’ll send a replacement set straight away at no cost to you.
8. Do you sell laces in bulk?
Yes. We supply bulk orders for clubs, schools, retailers, and custom projects. Contact us for wholesale pricing and lead times.
